MILITARY EXPERIENCE: March 2011-March 2015
Essential team member of a fast-paced, elite fighting force. As a Corporal of Marines, responsible for the well being of
junior Marines. Qualified in Firearm training with pistol and long rifle. Trained to the high expectations of the Marine
Corps Martial Arts Program as a brown belt recipient. Conducted vehicle and foot patrols in and outside of combat
environments. Served two seven-month combat deployments to Afghanistan. Versatile, adaptable, and quick problem
solver under stressful environments. Operates tactical and non-tactical vehicles to include heavy equipment, performed
preventive maintenance, utilized trailers to haul cargo and large loads to include Hazardous materials. Accounted for more
than $20 million worth of military gear on a daily basis.

the goal was set to train and enhance the skills of new incoming employees to set high standards thought the calling center. Was able
to think quickly and solve problems under stressful situations while dealing with irate customers. Took calls as a bilingual employee
to assist Spanish-speaking customers.
