 Carrying out Instrumentation related project activities with quality while ensuring compliance to standards, procedures and best
practices
 Responsible for:
o Compliance with Technical Standards and Company Procedures related to Discipline.
o Compliance with Regulatory, Legal, Quality and Company Requirements.
o Checking of calculations, technical notes, requisitions, specifications, drawings and similar deliverables produced within
Discipline.
o Specification, selection, detail design in collaboration with multi-discipline engineers and designers through vendor document
review and approval, and final acceptance at FAT, for a broad range of Package Equipment related to the Oil & Gas Industry.
o Input into development and promotion of initiatives to improve cost effectiveness of Discipline.
o Responsibility for project development: preliminary engineering to detail designs to construction and the final commissioning
of the plant.
o Provide technical support for the construction team on Instrumentation aspects of the project.

o Erection, Commissioning, and Maintenance & Troubleshooting for Two Polypropylene plants at Reliance JERP SEZ (Jamnagar
Export Refinery Project)
o Management of man power and materials support for routine maintenance and during plant shut down.
o Planning scheduling of jobs, Material procurement, and Material management as SAP PM User.
o Generation of reports on plant performance, reliability of instrumentation systems, and other maintenance activities.
o Also handled tasks and issues related to GC (Siemens – Maxum II), PLCs (Allen Bradley, Siemens) and Invensys DCS.
o Installation and commissioning of various field instruments as per MOC (Management of Change) and configuration of the
same in PLC.
