Business Services - Treasury Support Specialist October 2010 - Present
Assist field associates and customers with RPM account analysis related questions.
Provide ACH and wire technical back up support for on-line banking.
Daily ACH PEP+ monitoring and related communication with Relationship Managers, Area
Executives, Division Executives, BCU and Credit Administration applicable to ACH credit
exposure exceptions, annual renewals and pending terminations. Independent decision making is
required within limits, then consultation with the Operations Manager. Database maintenance is
also required.
Track billed customer past due receivables, send past due notifications to customers and notify
relationship managers. Charge customer accounts for past due amounts per procedures. Direct
customer communication may also be necessary.
Monthly RPM system input of manual billing charges for Advantis, EDI, International wires,
courier/AT, and ADP charges.
