International Diagnostic firm - building US based team - VP Sales and VP Marketing

1. Tyco Search has been engaged by an International diagnostic company expanding into the
United States. This firm’s product is in the blood typing space. The company is currently
building its management team and seeking a VP of Marketing and VP of Sales. This is a
great opportunity to get in on the ground floor of the expansion and work with a Dynamic
CEO.
We will be considering strong candidates from diagnostics, device and pharma with a
proven record of success.
These will be two separate roles. The VP of Marketing must be based in the NJ/PA area
and will work closely with the CEO as their goto person. Ideally, individual will have a
diagnostic or device background in marketing.
The VP Of Sales can be based anywhere in the United States but be open to heavy travel if
not based in NJ/PA. The ideal candidate will have experience building and managing a
sales force selling into hospitals.
Salary ranges $180-$200k plus options.
