credibility
• Honesty
• Integrity
• Compassion
• Fairness
• Good relationships
When people trust you…
They are more inclined to follow you,
always consider the “good of all”
2. Share the vision with
absolute clarity
• Goals
• Objectives
• Achievements
Leaders need to share
the vision
with 100% clarity
3. Be there to help them
succeed
• Coaching
• Mentoring
• Communicating
• Listening
Always look at ways to help
develop your employees
Great interpersonal skills are vital for a
successful leader
4. Make the decisions and
be held accountable
• Sift the data
• Look closely at the big picture
• Confer with subject experts
• Think about the cost-benefit
Once a decision has been
made,
Do not be wishy-washy or unsure about
yourself. Risk is a natural part of
leadership
