To
whom
it
may
concern:
I
am
very
pleased
to
write
this
recommendation
on
behalf
of
Jimmy
Michaels.
Jimmy
has
been
a
member
of
the
Sigma
Nu
Fraternity
at
the
University
of
Missouri
for
the
past
three
years.
As
former
President
of
Rho
Chapter,
I
currently
serve
on
the
Alumni
Board
for
Sigma
Nu,
which
has
given
me
the
opportunity
to
work
closely
with
Jimmy
on
a
number
of
different
projects.
During
my
tenure
on
the
board
and
as
president,
I
have
had
the
pleasure
of
watching
Jimmy
grow
into
a
poised
and
accomplished
individual.
Jimmy
has
superior
communication
skills,
an
integral
quality
for
internship
candidates
in
your
industry.
Over
the
past
year,
the
Alumni
Board
challenged
the
undergraduate
members
of
Sigma
Nu
to
come
up
with
a
high
quality
newsletter
that
would
be
sent
out
monthly
to
over
700
alumni.
As
the
Alumni
Relations
Chairman,
Jimmy
took
the
lead
on
this
project.
Jimmy
collaborated
closely
with
the
Alumni
Board
to
make
sure
that
the
newsletter
had
targeted
content
that
the
alumni
would
enjoy
reading
and
be
receptive
to.
After
discovering
what
content
to
write
about,
Jimmy
wrote
articles
that
were
clear,
concise
and
enjoyable
to
read.
The
results
of
Jimmy’s
hard
work
paid
off
as
soon
as
he
published
his
first
newsletter
for
the
alumni.
The
newsletter
was
not
only
exactly
what
the
Alumni
Board
was
looking
for,
but
far
exceeded
our
expectations.
I
would
go
as
far
as
to
say
that
Jimmy’s
alumni
newsletters
were
more
professional
with
a
highly
quality
of
writing
than
most
newsletters
I
receive
in
my
professional
career.
Another
great
competency
Jimmy
possesses
is
his
ability
to
lead.
Jimmy
has
held
multiple
leadership
positions
throughout
his
time
in
the
fraternity,
in
and
out
of
my
presidency,
which
is
a
direct
result
of
his
ability
to
lead
his
peers.
Jimmy’s
peers
consistently
look
up
to
him
to
provide
guidance
and
results
on
different
projects
that
need
to
be
completed.
Jimmy
consistently
exceeds
the
expectations
of
the
individuals
he
leads,
which
I
feel
is
an
important
skill
to
possess
in
the
business
environment.
He
is
also
extremely
driven,
and
possesses
the
attitude
necessary
to
make
things
happen
at
his
will.
I
have
enjoyed
watching
Jimmy
help
the
underclassman
and
his
peers
succeed
and
grow
in
school
and
our
fraternity
by
providing
them
with
the
support
they
need
to
accomplish
their
goals.
I
am
confident
that
Jimmy’s
strong
leadership
and
communication
skills
will
take
him
far
in
life
and
in
his
profession.
With
that
being
said,
I
highly
recommend
him
for
your
internship
position,
and
wish
him
the
best
in
this
process.
Please
feel
free
to
contact
me
with
any
additional
questions
you
have.
Sincerely,
Nick
Krakosky
