My background is very extensive with
mortgage lending. I owned and managed a
mortgage company for a number of years. I
felt that my transfer to being a Real Estate
broker would be a nice fit after my 23 yrs in
lending. I enjoy working with my husband Joe
Giegerich at NW Oregon Realty Group. We are
partners both in life and Real Estate. This has
enabled us to utilize a wealth of knowledge
and skill to provide our clients with great
customer service and the ability to get the job
done. I have always enjoyed working with
people and try to treat everyone as I would
want to be treated in working with one of the

I enjoy the little things! This is the creed I live my
life by. I have been a Real Estate Broker for over
20 yrs. 85% of my business comes from personal
referrals. I have developed an insight into the
culture and resources of this area through my
past endeavors. I enjoy showing this area off to
newcomers, and sharing the area with local
folks. A great deal of my business is working
with acreage type properties. I recently sold a
hazelnut orchard and large farm in the Salem
area, both over a million dollars, in what has
been referred to as a “down” market. I believe
our market is on a upward swing and now is the
time to buy that perfect property.
