Holiday Parties, doing their Christmas baking, wrapping

was there with the music; and as always, Tom Lucas hosted
his award-winning “Traditional Radio Christmas Eve”, giving
the north country a unique Christmas gift.
TEAM VS GROUP
The difference between a Team and a Group is that a Team
has a shared purpose; a goal that each member clearly
understands and has bought into.

enthusiasm! Listening back home in Bemidji
feels like I’m right there with you! GO JACKS!

RELATIONSHIPS MATTER
Relationships are successful because of what you put into
them, starting with a solid foundation based on CARING:
1) Be patient with new relationships.
2) Get to know their industry and their company.
3) Go the extra mile.
4) Treat every client as your most important one.
5) Respond promptly.
6) Be more than an email address.
7) Always summarize the next steps.
THOMAS PAINE
“Tyranny, like hell, is not easily conquered; yet we have this
consolation with us, that the harder the conflict, the more
glorious the triumph.”

version in the mail; we can do that! Go Paperless and join the growing number of our customers who have signed up for E-Mail Billing!
Besides saving paper, you will receive electronic versions of your billing that you can easily forward to your Accounting Department and
save on your computer for future reference. To sign up for E-Mail Billing, send an email to kris@pbbroadcasting.com and give her the
email address(es) to which the Statements/Invoices should be sent. Questions? Call Kris at 444.1500.
THE CURVE OF FORGETFULNESS (OR WHY WE PREACH REPETITION)
One of the first to study the process of forgetting was a psychologist named Hermann Ebbinghaus. He focused his studies on memory
and forgetting. The results of his experiments revealed that within one hour of learning something, most people forget nearly half of it;
and within 24 hours, almost two-thirds of the learned material is forgotten. These results are known as the “Ebbinghaus Forgetting
Curve”. Not surprisingly, the ability to remember or recall names, words, lists or Radio commercials, improved dramatically as the
number of repetitions increased. More is always better than Less!

THE CURVE OF FORGETFULNESS (OR WHY WE PREACH REPETITION) One of the first to study the process of forgetting was a psychologist named Hermann Ebbinghaus. He focused his studies on memory and forgetting. The results of his experiments revealed that within one hour of learning something, most people forget nearly half of it; and within 24 hours, almost two-thirds of the learned material is forgotten. These results are known as the “Ebbinghaus Forgetting Curve”. Not surprisingly, the ability to remember or recall names, words, lists or Radio commercials, improved dramatically as the number of repetitions increased. More is always better than Less!
