2. WHAT IS LOGO DESIGN?
A recognizable graphic design element, often including a name, symbol
or trademark, representing an organization or product . Before you start
thinking about designing a business card or picking colors for your
letterhead, you need a logo.
WHAT IS MY PROCESS?
CONSULTATIONS & SKETCHING:
The way I start designing a brand is by taking client recommendations
and ideas, and then put those concepts to the sketch pad.
DIGITAL ENHANCING & EDITING:
After sketching out some Ideas, the next step I take is to put them onto
the computer. Once on a computer screen, the preliminary designs are
able to be modified into a precise vector that includes the addition of
typography and color schemes.

3. ADDITIONAL LOGO DESIGNS
Starting with hand sketches and client suggestions, I take careful consideration into branding and design. Logos are the face of a company and their
ultimate source of brand awareness. That being said, I take the time to ensure that creativity, simplicity, and cohesion are incorporated into each of my
concepts. Above is a collection of my recent client preliminary brands and logo designs.

4. CLIENT BUSINESS CARDS
WHAT IS STATIONERY?
Ranging from business cards to envelopes, stationery products are
tangible branding elements that a company uses to inform or market
to their consumers. Stationery elements include letterheads, invoices,
flyers, envelopes, and business cards.
CREATING TANGIBLE ELEMENTS:
STATIONERY DEVELOPMENT:
I start designing stationery by looking at the company’s identity and try
to figure out how to implement a creative style to ensure the business’s
product or service is portrayed in the element’s design.
Big factors that need consideration are the shape, size, and functionality
of the stationery in question. For example, if I were to change the shape
of a business card to represent a quality of the company’s product /
service, I need to ensure that the card is still able to fit inside a wallet,
or else it will be considered an inconvenient design.
INCORPORATING RECOGNITION & INTERACTIVITY:
Taking all of those design regulations to heart, I have a passion for
creating stationery elements that contain a sense of interactivity. I strive
to make sure that all of my designs stand out to their consumers in a way
that keeps them engaged, and promote brand recognition in their minds.
The following stationery designs were made for my employees, clientele
or personal ideas that I have worked on / with throughout the years.

5. ADDITIONAL STATIONERY
The utilization of photography and iconography makes these maling forms of stationery stand out from their competitors while staying cohesive with the
rest of their companys’ brands. Cohesion can make or break a brand’s awareness and recognition, which is why I strive to maintain proper balance in
each job I take on with clients and my own personal design projects..

6. ABOUT ONLINE ADVERTISING:
Also called online marketing or Internet advertising, It is a form of marketing
and advertising which uses the Internet to deliver promotional marketing
messages to consumers.
THE DIGITAL MARKETING PROCESS:
1. TARGETING AN AUDIENCE:
Starting with an objective, I take the time to determine which demographics
my advertisements should be marketed towards. From corporate executives
to middle school students, advertisements will always appeal to a certain
audience. Keeping a specific target market in mind, I choose color schemes,
imagery, and typography that would likely entice members of said
demographic to click on my ad.
2. FINDING THE RIGHT PLATFORM:
After I create a design, the next step I take is to determine which media
platform would be the most successful to market the advertisement.
For example, when I designed this promotion (on right) I realized that this
ad would be the most successful if it was marketed on a social media site.
Then through personal research, I determined Facebook would be the best
platform to market this promo since the social media site offers the ability
to target specific consumers based on their age range, locations,
and personal preferences.
3. THE ADVERTISEMENT RESULTS:
Once the advertisement was posted online to the desired target audience,
the promotion recieved a large amount of interest and post engagement
from the consumers that I wanted to market toward.

8. CORPORATE WEBSITE DESIGNS
Through proper training, experience, and a passion for optimizing the marketing abilities of my clients, I designed the following websites (below) to take
their products / services to the digital world. Incorporating captivating designs, user-interactivity, and SEO optimization, these companies will soon be
online and increasing their client base substantially. Using my knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and the website provider Wix.com, these
websites are cohesive to the individual brands of each business and offer online users to gather information about their company services

9. WORLDTIDEWEB.COM
Currently running and designing for The World Tide Web Design Agency, the purpose of my start-up company is to help local small businesses boost their
branding and marketing capabilities through digital and online advertising. For that reason I designed the agency’s website to be not only interactive,
but also provide the ability for clients to purchase / order our company services in an E-Commerce fashion. Learn more about us @ worldtideweb.com.

10. SOUTHISLANDSOLAR.COM
Located in Abaco, Bahamas, the renewable energy company South Island Solar required a website that also had the capability to sell their products
online on an easy to manage website. I designed southislandsolar.com to implement these functions and ensure that the company looked good at the
same time. The website is both informational and E-Commerce based offering local residents and business owners the ability to go solar.

11. ABOUT PACKAGE DESIGN:
The discipline of package design focuses on producing a container that will
get noticed. By skillfully teaming colorful graphics, a unique shape, or any
other eye-arresting method, the package designer is a key player in any
company's marketing effort. No matter how beneficial the product inside the
container may be, unless a consumer decides to pick it up, that product will
never get tested.
THE PACKAGING DESIGN PROCESS:
1. CREATING A CONCEPT:
When designing a product’s packaging, I always pose the question, “how
can this product stand out from the competition”. Along with standing out,
I like to ensure a sense of cohesion with the company’s brand and the
packaging itself.
For example, when I designed the packaging of Tongue Ties Unique
Neckware and Alcool Koozies, I made sure the packaging would be
interactive, eye-catching, and convey a representation of the company
brands. The packaging for Tongue Ties utilizes the product itself (the tie)
to create complete the company logo, while the packaging for Alcool
Koozies is designed to represent a futuristic refrigerator (including both a
refrigerator and freezer compartment).
3. BRINGING THE CONCEPT TO LIFE:
The process I take to design product packaging is to sketch out a dieline to
actual scale, scan the dieline onto the computer, then print and fold the
dieline until it creates a proportionally accurate model. Once the model
is developed, it provides a proper visual for the client to reference.

12. PACKAGE LAYOUTS & DESIGN
The following packaging designs (above) were developed for idependent concept companies that I came up with during my senior year of college.
The packaging was created with quality and durable card stock, electrical tape and magnets. Although these containers are simply models, they
are all measured to scale, and have the capabilities of being mass-manufactured.
