○ By educating amateur property investors across the country through YouTube by filming Cesar’s real estate ventures and
creating video logs that will be posted on a bi-weekly basis.
○ Create an online incentive of $500 for any ameteur investor who can use the education resources (provided through our
social media campaigns) to find potential properties that have a $30,000 or more After Repair Value (ARV or Profit).
● Establish Positive Brand Image
○ Better communicate with clients by establishing an email subscription and sending weekly check-up emails.
○ Maintaining relationship with followers and clients through social media by responding to questions and concerns two
times per week.
○ Record and track concerns and questions throughout the month and create solutions and services in the last week of every
month that match consumers wants and needs.

Impact - The impact of the knowledge and resources provided through youtube can be
great considering there are very few real estate investors willing to share trade secrets.
Advocacy - incentives based campaigns are expected to drive advocacy of video and
brand traffick.
● Options such as Facebook and GTI’s Blogspot would be best to distribute our primary content and
videos.
● Twitter will be a tool to keep relevant, active, and engaged with our followers and get feedback to
identify weaknesses in our content.
● Email marketing is also a big part of distributing our content in reminding our cleitns and keeping our
initiatives top of mind.
