A longtime area resident, John Weaner worked in York County, PA, for many years, but currently lives in Adams County in the town of Aspers. He has long been active in the Adams County community and has served as a member of the Board for the Land Conservancy of Adams County, the Chairman of the Extension Executive Committee of the Adams County Agricultural Extension Service, and the President of the Penn State Club of Adams County. A graduate of Pennsylvania State University, John Weaner has remained active in the school’s alumni community through the Penn State Club, which raised scholarship money to send Adams County youths to the university.
