At the heart of the PKSB is values.Find a mentor – Use the mentor finder available from Cilip, Cilip VLE, Twitter, worplace contactsAnalysis skills using ‘Professional Skills and Knowledge Base’ – underpins the evidence in the portfolio and drives the objectivesGather evidence to show what work you’ve done to meet your goals and fill in skills gaps. Evidence can be backdated. If you are using evidence which is particularly old, consider linking it to your current situation.Write a personal statement.Create and submit portfolio – can be done via Cilip VLE in an electronic format.
