Senior account manager; government team support; manage City of New York, State of New York agencies and departments, state, city and federal accounts nationally. 20+ years translation, localization and software related account development and management experience, including multimedia, LQA and localization testing. I work closely with Charlene Haykel, now running our Clarity program for simplified communications; and Smartling, for multilingual web content management. In 1998, co-creator of I Didn’t Know It Was Loaded: How to Stop Murdering Your Message (in Today’s international marketplace) which received an award from the Society for Technical Communication.
