service module imports IMAP emails to customer service and allows them to be assigned to customer service reps by
the manager,Menu Planner tracks all meals and prints labels with nutritional information, Preflight Meal Reports
allow kitchen to accurately order ingredients and plan for meal preparation, Billing System delivers eye-catching
HTML formatted invoices.
Designed a FileMaker system that analyzed hospital billing for a hospital services company seeking to recover
additional payments from insurance companies for their client hospitals.
Designed a FileMaker Go based clinical drug study application. All of the study’s forms were filled out using
FileMaker Go on iPads. The system also performed patient management by determining who needed which tests on
which day.
Designed a FileMaker Go based student check-in system for a school’s tutoring program. The application scanned
the Students IDs to read the bar code and identify the student.
Designed a WebDirect based system for a prominent personal coach that allows his clients to track their visions,
goals and tasks and sends them daily motivational emails.
Designed a comprehensive system for South Florida’s largest aerial photography company that manages the
company’s entire workflow. The system manages over half a million photographs, using AppleScript to apply image
correction for printing, something that formerly required a fulltime employee.
Designed marketing and accounting systems for a nationwide mortgage broker. This system allowed them to sync
leads and visits with a nationwide external sales team.

Involved in Student registration and admissions system for a school of architecture. The database tracks student and
faculty information, courses,schedules, and admissions.
Online study group registration system for a major university. This Web-based system allows students to sign up for
study groups. It tracks real-time seat availability and only allows students to sign up for sections with open classes.
Worked on Electronic Medical Records system for a Pediatric practice. Patient information, including visits, lab tests,
referrals and prescriptions are part of this easy-to-use EMR.
Exhibition management system for an international organization. This comprehensive system contains a CRM for all
people who interact with the organization. It manages membership, renewals,contributions and ticket sales to events.
Another module manages art exhibitions, the artwork, exhibit locations, transport arrangements and insurance.
