IFF RIGGING CYCLORAMA OPTION

For the rigging and cyclorama I have chosen
to use IFF rails FF5004 to use inside the
chapel. They will be also used in the cyclo-
rama inside the extensions HD Multicam Stu-
dio. These rails are at a height greater than
5000mm so they will require towers to support
them FF3740Y055 seen in Fig.1.Rails will be
connected to each other using Junction
FF3673 seen in Fig.2 Rail sizes are highlight-
ed in red showing specifications.

This will be the bracket to be used to hold up the cyclorama rails, which will be
bolted to the back wall of the seminarys altar and the and the surrounding walls
of the extensions HD Multicam Studio.

I have decided to use the 5x7M arrangement for the cyclorama in-
side the HD Multicam Studio, I seems to have all that is needed with
regards to Lighting rigs, cyclorama rails and green screen capabili-
ties.

TX Platform Calculations
There is space for a 4000mm width for the Platform, from
this I calculated that the maximum number of seating I can
get with 16 rows of seating works out to be 82 from the ca-
pacity guide below. Thus the dimensions of this unit will be
14325mmx4000mmx6260mm.
As this is an internal element it is advised to add on
2100mm to the rear row to accommodate a person stand-
ing. There is 16 rows x 260mm minimum rise of each row
which makes the height at the back row to be 6260mm.
Which will within the double height space of the chapel.

Matrix Floor Bar System
Here is the option if the client wishes to use the
theatre space in the church for a theatre in the
round set up, this system allows stability bars to be
placed down on the floor and seats connected to
them in groups of three, ensuring comfort and
safety. Very modular and you can set them up in
any layout of choice.

These chairs will be used in the TX Platform system.
The sizes to be used will be 450mmx850mm. Below is
summarised case study and photo of the seating ar-
ranged on a TX Platform used in ST Margret’s Hall in
Bradford on Avon.

A combination of Roadstone Allenstone Block Paving and
Castelstone Kerbing Block Paving to be used in courtyard
and surrounding footpath of Chapel and the extension.
Stucco will be used to render the wall of the extension.

Schüco Fenster AWS 90.SI+
This window will be fitted to the extension, it will provide a good
acoustic barrier from outside noises which would otherwise interfere
with recording in the HD Cam Multicam Studio. It also has a passive
house standard U value, which makes the extension future proof to
the standard.

This door will be used on the extension of the project, has a good U value
and added security.

thetically pleasing look when looking down upon the extension roof

The Harkness Perlux 140 is my choice of cinema screen for the cine-
ma space, it will be in the cinema ratio of 1.85.1. The screen size that
will fit into the space is as follows following that format:
5000mmx9250mm.

I have chosen Meyer Sound as my provider of full Dolby surround
sound to be fitted into the cinema space, they are also THX approved
speakers which means they are of the highest quality. The X-800C
subwoofer will be fitted behind the middle of the cinema screen, the
Acheron 80/100 will flank either sides of the Subwoofer behind the
screen and the HMS-10 will be fitted to the wall area that surrounds
the tiered seating platform.
