This PowerPoint instructs you on how-to add and edit existing templates in Husky. Our template builder gives you full control on the look and feel of your forms to better suit your needs.

Here at Husky Intelligence we are continually striving to make this
software more user friendly and easier to navigate. The process of
adding and editing forms is a new feature which allows you to have full
control of the forms. This PowerPoint shows you the necessary steps
to create a new template.

We are going to build a new Customer template. This procedure can be
replicated throughout the system for estimates, work orders, invoices, and
more.
-From the Customer section click on the gear icon in the top-right corner.
-Then, select ”Edit Forms.”

Click the ”Add New” button on the top left of the list. If you wish to edit one of
the pre-existing forms, select the desired form. You will then get a blank
canvas which looks like this:

Using the image from the previous slide, you can:
-Name your forms
-Name and add tabs
-Transfer pre-existing templates
-Create and add new fields
-Add pre-existing fields
-And more
The next slide will show you how to create a new field.

-Select which type of field you want it to be including input, text area,
checkbox, radio button, attachment, combo-boxes, and more
-Default the field to have text or other items
-Have the field a read only
-Make the field a requirement prior to saving

-Operative Type – instructs the field on how to operate, particularly during
searches
-Group – allows for the field name to appear on reports and lists as columns

Your field has now been added! You can move this field by clicking and holding
on the white space of the field and moving to the desired location. You can
delete the field by clicking the red ”X.” You can edit this field by clicking on the
blue gear icon.
Once you are finished, click the Save button.
