Ladies and Gentlemen,
Please consider me an applicant for your graphic design position. I believe that my background, talents, and
career goals align with the graphic design opportunity currently awaiting to be filled. I would consider it a
privilege to be able to join you and your team to produce high quality work and meet deadlines.
I graduated from the University of North Texas in 2011 with a BFA in Watercolor and a minor in Communication
Design. For the past three years I have been working in the field of graphic design and marketing. I worked breifly
out of college as a free lance designer but quickly learned that I need more experience before venturing out on
my own. I joined FanCloth in 2011 during my senior year of college. I was part of the Graphic Artist Team and our
main objective was to create cool and young t-shirt designs to be used on a variety of merchandise from caps,
tees, hoodies, fleeces, sweatpants and chairs. In addition to creating the designs for the merchanise we had to
create the brochures that would be used for either fundrasiers or selling merchandise at schools (elementaries
to colleges] and local business. Two years later I got an amazing opportunity to be the Lead Graphic Designer at
a brand new small but mighty marketing group in Weatherford, TX. At Hank Marketing Co. I created and handled
all art files used for web and print for the branding, advertising, social media and diret marketing of our clients.
Currently I am the Creative Director at Stevens Transport, Inc. I am managing all creative from concept to com-
pletion across the board from print to web .
I strive to make the client happy by delivering an effective, focused and on target product that fits the clients
brand. I achieve an on target product with my mad Adobe Suite skills (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign) and all
done on a MAC. As I contiune my journey as a graphic designer I want to grow and better my skills as a creative
thinker and master my design skills to the advantage of my employer.
