Managed the implementation (clinical, technical, communication, roadmap, risk and client
expectations) of the population of laboratory feeds into the Ontario Laboratory Information
Systems Database by 14 hospitals including Centre for Mental Health and Addiction, Southlake
Regional Hospital and Stevenson, Sunnybrook and Women’s College, and Mackenzie Health to
name a few, which enabled the ability for lab reports from HIS’ to be assessed in a central
repository
Acted as the subject matter expert translating clinical and laboratory workflow into an
implementable technical system meeting the various standards and specifications required
Coordinated technical and implementation activities between external vendors; worked with
multiple health care providers to ensure that various processes were seamless; addressed risks and
issues that arose with management, in order to land on sound resolutions.
Managed ConnectingGTA implementation and CDR (clinical data repository) population
activities (variety of clinical reports, visit and drug data) of hospitals with delayed data including
Trillium Health Partners, Mount Sinai Hospital, and Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre
Worked closely with site Project Managers, the site technical teams, site clinical champions and
external vendors and stakeholders in coordination with activities identified in the Project Plan, to
participate in ConnectingGTA; participated and lead various WebEx calls and onsite meetings to
troubleshoot issues with technical implementation activities and support post go live operations
The end result of this was successful population of the CDR with patients’ information available
to other health care providers under the established privacy guidelines.
Participated in quality assurance planning, and testing for the ConnectingGTA system.
Created technical test scripts with technical teams, clinician champions, and other business
analysts and proceeded to test the system for interrupted workflow and redundancies.

through testing, training the trainer, managing site expectation and troubleshooting and design
