years of self-employment and one year at Featherstone Rovers RLFC I have experience content
creation, retail and in strength and conditioning coach/sports scientist and nutrition with a passion for
the development of athletes and individuals both nutritionally and physically. I am a committed, loyal

publication. I was responsible for the writing of the literature review, development of methodology
for the study and leading the participation recruitment process. Upon finishing the 10-week project I
gained skills in research, project development and academic writing. To conclude my research
project, I gave a presentation on my findings at a university study presentation event.
