1. Negative effect of logistics
I am going to talk about disadvantages of ground transportion services.
The ground transportion is the most services used by people, due to it is kind of good´s transport
the most cheaper in the world, due to its cost are low.
On the other hand, the transport has some disadvantages first, it has limit capacity to transport
goods, there is another transports as maritime that has more capacity.
Second the ground transportation has large distances, consequently it has more time that another
transport services.
Also, this kind of transport generate contamination, however there are companies that search
other forms to not use fuel. Actually, some companies come up with electronic vehicles, however
there aren´t many stations to charge this vehicles.
Another disadvantage is that this kind of transport has many accidents in the road, besides there
are many drivers are in charge of bringing the merchandise to other cities and some of them don’t
have the sufficient experience to drive.
The next disadvantage is that there are landslides in the road in some occasions this don’t permit
to get with the goods on time. Consequently the companies have to pay penalty to their clients,
because in the beginning they sing contract with this clients.
Also is that there is the risk that merchandise can be damaged, especially when the distances are
long, in spite of there are vehicles that have capacity to transports especially goods, for example
there are companies as Sytsa that have containers adapted with thermo king to keep the
merchandise in good conditions.
Finally, The delinquency s another disadvantages, because there are group of people that waiting
to steal the merchandise in the road, it is a big problem because the drivers can´t do anything.
