16. Circles Junior Leader:
- He is a graduate of the School of Free Market of
Iquitos
- 30 students of university preference
- Timing: At least once a week session which can last
for 2 hours at most.
- Duration: 1 ½ month
- Objective: Explain the contents of the mandatory
Circles of books and determine who move to the next stage of
studies - Iquitos training.
- Lead volunteer who graduated from the School of
Free Market.
- Members of the study circles that have a 70%
attendance at meetings are admitted to the School of
Free Market.
- Participation is voluntary leader as a way of giving
back to the liberal cause. No salary or income of any
kind.
- ILE only support the study circles with photocopies of
the main chapters of the book out.
- Senior and Junior Leaders of the circles of studies
report the performance results of the study circles with
the General Coordinator of the School of Free Market.

17. Capacity: 300 students, preferably undergraduate or higher
education come from the study circles.
Leaders should hold a minimum of 30 students.
Timing: 4 hours from Monday to Friday shifts: morning, noon
and night.
Duration: 6 months
School of Free Objective: To develop systematically the teachings of the
Market - Iquitos mandatory books in order to determine who go to the next
stage of training.
Teachers are hired temporarily by ILE for a maximum of 6
months and preferably those who have graduated from the
Leadership School in Lima.
The 3 outstanding students from each round of study are
admitted to the Leadership School in Lima provided they have
a minimum final average of 16.
Graduates of the school voluntarily open circles of studies with
a minimum of 10 people who report their activities to the
coordinator appointed by ILE.
The graduate who meets the required minimum academic
requirement is entitled to a Diploma of Junior Leader.

18. Capacity: 5-10 outstanding students of the School of Free Market, Iquitos.
Timing: 8 pm Monday to Friday: morning, noon and night. Saturday: Morning.
Duration: 6 months.
Admission: Two times a year.
Objective: To deepen systematically matters of political economy, law,
philosophy, marketing and political strategy, leadership, economic policy, and
School of biblical view of freedom. Participate and discuss in forums and public events
that take place in Lima and elsewhere.
Leadership -
Lima Teachers are hired by ILE based on their experience and outstanding academic
level and liberalism in a teaching method at the level of mentoring.
The minimum grade to pass is 14, where the top 3 positions in the order of
merit receiving recognition.
Graduates of this school voluntarily open circles of studies with a minimum of
10 people who report on their activities to the coordinator appointed by ILE in
Iquitos.
The graduate who meets the required minimum academic requirement is
entitled to a Diploma of Senior Leader.
ILE will provide food, housing, tuition, books and materials, and an amount of
25 dollars a week to make personal grooming expenses and the surplus is as a
tip.

General of all the activities in Iquitos.
Does work 8 hours per day or more or 48 to 60 hours per week.
Coordinates daily and weekly with the supervisor of the activities to be performed.
Participate in workshops to propose, analyze, and report activities that are consistent
with the objectives of the operational plan.
Performs the activities proposed in the annual operating plan of the activities of ILE to
be approved in Lima.
Among the regular activities are to organize study groups, teaching at the School of
Free Market and other assignments requested by the Monitor
