Experience in performing the following duties that are Customer Service and Office Support oriented:
• Provide information about products/services and communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals
to answer questions, explain information, take orders, and address complaints.
• Review/make changes to customer accounts. Record details of customer actions taken for follow up.
• Research answers or solutions as needed. Refer customers to supervisors, managers, or others who can help.
• Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems, phones,
and personal computers.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
