Mr. Wesley has more than nine years experience in construction, engineering and maintenance within the petrochemical, oil and gas and chemical industry. He has spent time as a Site Lead HSE Manager for construction projects which have included being responsible for up to 200 people, office safety manager 2,500 people. As an HSE Manager, he is responsible for and assisting in the management and development of project safety programs, trending and analyzing data, pre-mobilization planning, risk identification, safety audits and assessments, training and orientation as well as ensuring the safety of all project personnel.
