11. Required Conditions for using the Product
Level flooring- smooth surface, Leveled properly, & No Pits.
Pay load capacity :- (Load) should conform to the residual capacity of the stacker at
various heights.
The pallet size (Std.) : 800 X 1200 or 1000 X 1200 or 1200 X 1200
Bottom beam in the racks for having more flexibility in using the stacker while storing
and retrieving.
Adequate span length of the racks so that enough space between the adjacent loads
for easy entry of straddles while using straddle stackers.
Minimum 100 mm clearance should be available over the load in the racking.
Adequate Aisle Width (From Pallet to Pallet)
Pallet Overhang should not be more than Designed Overhang
Adequate Door Height or Under Pass Height ; For Closed Mast Height.
Clear height of roof or ceiling- height ; For Extended Mast Height.
Maximum Rack Level Height should be 200 mm below the maximum lift height.
