Mar 2007 – Actually I was promoted to Planner-Buyer & charged of 5 family products (Teleflex)
In the Planning area at the moment I managed 5 MRP’s and purchasing areas.
Work with the MPS weekly.
Ensure to schedule and release production materials required for assembly facility.
Supervise inventory days at the DC Vs target days of the Finish goods.
Monitor and manage forecast, sales orders and manufacturing capacity to level entire load
manufacturing operation.
Take decisions on what to build, how much to build and when it will be available.
Participates in demand forecasting and relating to production capacity and materials
requirements
Give following detail of the weekly reports likely the Back Order, Forecast Vs Inventory, Plan
Demand, Forecast Vs Sales, and Efficiency / Productivity.
In the Purchasing area I work with almost 220 part numbers; and maintained the SKU’s of
those part numbers.
Checking the Inventory levels Vs the safety stock (fluctuation inventory) of the purchased part
numbers & and working creating the purchasing orders to each supplier; the mayor percentage
of suppliers was located in the United State of America.)
Assuring the provision raw material for the fulfillment of production plan & coordinated the
correct inventory in the warehouse of the raw material, to provide a best customer service, low
cost plant operation and the maintain the minimum inventory investment.
Ensuring suppliers are aware of business objectives & assuring a high service to client and at
the same time checking the cost, quality and levels of service from my suppliers.

Jun 2006 – Mar 2007 I was promoted to Planner of Hudson Area (Teleflex)
Like an a planner I started to managed two product family, those families was Canulas and
Tubing, the first family contains more than 50 Finish goods and in the second family It has
around 45 F.G.’s
In this plant I worked with two manufacturing environments those was MTS & MTO, the mayor
80% of the codes was MTS.
Reviewed the balancing of the resources of the company in these two lines with the demand in
the system (SAP).
Verifying the fulfillment of the production plan & taking care of the orders them since it is created
until it is closed.
Ensuring suppliers are aware of business objectives & assuring a high service to client.
May 2005 – Jun 2006 I was promoted to Buyer of OEM (Teleflex)
Working with more than 2,500 part numbers from different vendors, located those in many
countries of the world (Germany, China, Puerto Rico and the mayor percentage of vendors was
located in the United State of America.)
Working directly with the Physical Supply/Distribution of the material; this is the movement of
goods from suppliers to the beginning of the production process.
Checking each time the sock levels of my part numbers in the warehouse of N.L., to see how
much represented that inventory in money; this, because carrying excess inventory therefore
decrease profit and affects cash flow.
Checking cost, quality and levels of service & keeping a constant check on stock levels to
maximize business efficiency.
Jun 2004 – May 2005 I was hired like a Supervisor of the Kitting Area (Teleflex)
Traveled to Fall River, MA to bring down to Nuevo Laredo the Kitting line.
Managed more than 45 personnel.
Working in this area for more than 4,000 part numbers.
Directing and supervising all employees to my position with necessary training and development
to achieve organizational goals.
Training on PRMS AS 400 all the line materialist and team leaders to report productions, scrap,
