I held the chair of commercial law law at the University of Turku Faculty of Law from August 2002. From January 2010 to July 2015, I was the Dean of the Faculty, leading a community of hundred teachers, researchers and other members of the staff. In September 2015, I left Finland and moved to Oslo, starting first as an associate professor and soon as a full professor at the Department of Private Law of the University of Oslo, joining the research group Companies, Markets, Society and the Environment there (www.jus.uio.no/companies).
