 Defined an ambitious responsible play strategy recognising CR role as a core enabler of business growth from £5.8B in 2011 to £6.9B in 2014

 Aided the prevention of problem gambling by building a case for the implementation of a behavioural analytic solution predicting risky player behaviour in real time and allowing proactive intervention
