Worked at board level to lead the development of Camelot and The National Lottery’s reputation as global leaders in responsible gambling and Corporate Responsibility:
Defined an ambitious responsible play strategy recognising CR role as a core enabler of business growth from £5.8B in 2011 to £6.9B in 2014
Established strong relationships with regulator to reinforce our licence to operate and freedom to innovate
Developed world-leading standards of player protection and embedded in product development
Aided the prevention of problem gambling by building a case for the implementation of a behavioural analytic solution predicting risky player behaviour in real time and allowing proactive intervention
Established an international working group on responsible gambling for the World Lottery Association and led the development of a standard that has now been adopted by over 50% of lotteries worldwide
Lead Camelot to win the World Lottery Association’s Best Responsible Gaming Programme Award for 2012.
