What is Digital Twin ?
In recent years, some countries have applied digital twins to the
construction of smart cities. For example, in 2016, CityScope, a
collaboration between Singapore and MIT, tailored a city
operation simulation system for Singapore's urban planning;
TANDEL deploys sensors widely in cities to sense the urban
environment, traffic, water conservancy and other operating
conditions, and aggregates the data into the smart city platform,
initially forming the prototype of the digital twin city and
becoming one of the templates that can be promoted in Europe.
At present, digital twins are mainly used in urban planning,
management, and services. Through the construction of digital
twin systems in terms of service scenarios, objects, and contents
the service model will be integrated with virtual reality, scenario
blending, and personalization.
Digital twin technology is one of the most potential strategic technology trends in the next 10 years. It uses data such as
physical models, sensor updates, and operation history to integrate multi-disciplinary, multi-physical, multi-scale, and multi-
probability simulation processes to complete the virtual model. Mapping to reflect the whole life cycle process of the
corresponding entity equipment. Digital twins have been included in the national strategy, with the full launch of 5G
accelerating the empowerment of all walks of life.

PART01 Digital Twin Technology
Digital Twin Based Forest Therapy
We are building a digital twin intelligent platform to better realize all-round spatial information, all-element intelligent sensing
and cloning presentation of the physical, chemical and biological world, and support the scale restoration of forest
environment groups, real-world 5-sense simulation and expansion of the platform, collaborative service innovation of practice
forest therapy and home forest therapy.
We are committed to building a development platform in the field of visual computing and artificial intelligence. We developed
a unified architecture based on federated learning with comprehensive computing power in all scenarios, which can
simultaneously perform tasks such as 3D real-time rendering, artificial intelligence computing, and high-definition video
encoding and decoding, and is deeply integrated with the digital twin PaaS platform. Smart forest health care is an important
application area of digital twin technology. The natural environment CIM platform (ecological city information model) based
on thedigital twin base can effectively combine information such as project management data, spatial GIS (geographic
informationsystem) and BIM (building information model) to construct a natural environment full-element scene for natural
environment.Based on deep learning models for automatic semantic segmentation and classification, digital twin technology
can supportthe creation, rendering and analysis of geospatial feature data on different time scales, helping forest health at
home andforest health base managers, planners and builders Users can better collaborate on infrastructure management,
operationand optimization to achieve the best wellness outcomes and experiences.
The Intelligent Health Digital Twin Technology Research Institute will build an industry-wide digital twin platform based on the
original All Element Scene, it integrates satellite remote sensing, industrial simulation, artificial intelligence, cloud computing
and other technologies to establish a digital twin application ecosystem to help the government and enterprises to carry out a
new round of digital industrial upgrading, and promote digital twins to become one of the new infrastructures.

PART02 Multi Modality Digital Forest Modeling
Macro Quantitative Forest Modeling Satellite remote sensing
has the advantages of periodicity, stable spatial imaging
geometry, wide coverage, multi-spectral or hyperspectral, etc.,
and can be used to quickly search for the most suitable forest
resources for health care in the whole country, province or
large area. From a macro perspective, it can provide
classification images of forest vegetation types, phytoncide
components and concentration distribution maps, macro 3D
models of terrain and vegetation, etc. The results of these
satellite remote sensing will help in planning low-altitude UAV
remote sensing and aerial surveys and ground sensing surveys.
Forest remote sensing dynamic monitoring mainly includes: 1)
forest resource survey, 2) forest dynamic change analysis, 3)
forest biomass estimation, 4) forest fire monitoring, 5) forest
disease and insect pest monitoring, 6) forest ecological
engineering monitoring, etc. The core technologies of forest
remote sensing include physical inversion and pattern
recognition, among which artificial intelligence depth and
breadth learning is playing an increasingly important role in
remote sensing forest modeling.
8. Quantitative Modeling UAV Multispectral Remote Sensing
PART02 Multi Modality Digital Forest Modeling
According to the spectral characteristics of
photosynthesis of forest vegetation, the visible redlight
and near-infrared light of UAV are combined toform
vegetation indices of various bands. Vegetationindex is
a simple, effective and empirical measure ofsurface
vegetation status. There are dozens ofvegetation
indices, which are widely used in global andregional
vegetation classification and environmentalchange,
forest facies, drought and flood monitoring, etc.; and as
a global climate model Part of it isintegrated into the
interactive ecosphere model; thevegetation index can
also be combined with UHF rootmoisture
measurements to form leaf canopybiophysical
moisture transpiration fusion parameters,low-cost
inference of phytoncide.

Precise measurements of trees are of great help in forest health management,
but under the canopy, there are few automated measurements. GPS data
provides ground truth values on the ground, but is inaccurate at the canopy
level. We will use drones to conduct aerial surveys of forests in the area, and
conduct 3D intelligent modeling of forests combined with ground sensing.
PART02 Multi Modality Digital Forest Modeling
10. Under the influence of tree species, structure, tree age, density, height, etc., the air anion concentration of different
forest types is significantly different. Quantitative modeling of forests using ground-based sensing technology is
required before a professional forest health plan can be developed. We will use various techniques including AlphaDog
to conduct ground sensing analysis of the forest。

13. Forest facies big data modeling/prediction
The natural healing factor in the forest is the totality of the
trees and the co-acting plants, animals, microorganisms,
water, soil, and climate. Among them, forest stock volume is
an important factor in forest stand survey and an important
indicator for evaluating forest quantity and quality.Using the
BP neural network, least squares support vector machine,
and random forest method in machine learning to construct
an inversion model combining spectral factors, terrain factors,
and texture factors, the prediction accuracy of forest stock
can be improved. The law of stand growth is analyzed
through natural sparse law and tree competition, growth
prediction and tree dead probability based on the single-tree
competitive growth model, and the forest canopy closure is
maintained at 0.7-0.8 to facilitate ventilation and proper
sunlight scattering in the forest.Make forest managers and
researchers more convenient and efficient to manage and
study forests. Provide scientific health care for people walking

PART04 VA/AR Home Forest Therapy: Landing Project Two
Basis for forest therapy cabin: the forest magnetic field
and the human body resonate at the same frequency to
achieve therapy. American natural medicine research
has proposed that the energy field and information field
of the forest are consistent with the energy field and
information field of the human health state. People can
improve human health through the same frequency
resonance in the forest. The average natural frequency
of the human body is 4HZ when the human body is
lying down and 7.8HZ when the human body is standing.
There will be changes at the quantum level. When the
exogenous fluctuations with the 4HZ or 7.8HZ spectrum
and the natural frequency of the human body resonate
at the same frequency, the functions of tissues and
organs in the human body will be repaired, and some
organic lesions will also be reversed. The magnetic field
generated by the forest environment activates the self-
balancing and self-repairing mechanism of life through
the human body's self-regulating system. The tissues
and organs of the whole body are affected by this self-
regulation effect, recovering their self-healing power
and achieving overall balance.
