Sleep makes you feel better, it's really important
because it boosts your mood, improve your memory and
most importantly helps you with your creativity.

Breakfast might be the most important meal you
eat every day. After several hours of sleep, your
body needs fuel to get going. And not providing
can have detrimental effects. Having a balanced
breakfast gives you better concentration, energy
and also enhances your mood.

7. Dress properly and professionally :
A professional who doesn't take the time to
maintain a professional appearance presents
the image of not being able to perform
adequate. If you look and behave like a highly
trained well-groomed professional, you will gain
