Justice has founded three companies of his own: He launched his first company, Justice Talent
Agency (JTA), in 2007, a year after earning his graduate degree. JTA will later become The
JTA Group: boutique multidisciplinary creative brand engagement and business development
consultancy,
In 2011, he created of Colorado Fashion Week (COFW), with the aim of “...building an
economically sustainable and a well respected professional fashion industry for the city of Denver
(and the state of Colorado)...” And in 2012, COFW will become the only premier professional
fashion trade and public marketing event officially recognized by the State of Colorado. COFW
has since been responsible for launching the careers of various emerging fashion designers and
editorial/runway models currently working in the fashion industry today.

Project (redballdenver.org). For five years, Justice served as the Executive Creative Director,
Professional Casting Director, Runway Coach and Fashion Show Producer for the remarkable event
dedicated to raising awareness, research and much needed funds for HIV/AIDS patients in
Denver, CO.
