Brief Introduction----
I started my Corporate Career in 1971 in the Accounting function after completing my
Training for Chartered Accountancy. Over a period of 40 years specialized in Tax
Management, Project Management, Complete Finance Function including Raising of
resources from all potential sources like Private Equity- Banks- Institutions and IPO.
Became part of the Top Management Team and helped in Acquisition of businesses
both abroad and in India and finally managing the business as Chief Executive Officer.
I have been fortunate to be a part of progressive and dynamic business houses, earned
respect and recognition for novel business ideas, successful implementation and
management.
This also gave me a invaluable experience of dealing and working with International
Business establishments and Professionals in Europe, UK and USA.
I have been based mainly in Mumbai and also in New Delhi and Florida USA frequently
visiting business associates and SBUs in UK, Europe, USA, China, Hong Kong, Dubai.
Since 2012 I live in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India – my birthplace.

[Part of Kopran Pharma Group] with interest in Packaging, Logistics, Automobile retail
and Property Development, V S Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd in Pharmaceuticals export,
NGO running women managed taxi service, Purple Touch Advertising- Manufacturers
of Advertising Show Kiosks and Showrooms to high profile brands internationally based
in Dubai.
Noteworthy Achievements ----
--- As Chief Financial Officer with Maneesh Pharmaceuticals Ltd
1] Acquisition of a pharmaceutical company in USA and thereafter
supervising its operations as a Director on the Board and Interim Principal
Executive Officer.
2] Initiated process for IPO for INR 600 CRORES.
3] Streamlining Banking facilities and step up rapport with the bankers.
4] Standardized MIS reports from all JV and subsidiary companies – UK,
Europe, Brazil, USA,
5] Prepared these entities for regulatory compliances for Due Diligence processes
and IPO.

--For Multi Arc India Ltd— a leading metal coating unit with technical collaboration
from Balzer of USA. Leading supplier of watch parts to companies like Titan,
Industrial tools for Automobile and Engineering industries.
I was Vice President Finance and was responsible for Revamping the Financial,
Management, Obtained Private Equity. Lead Acquisition of an existing
Competing unit and established New Regional units to consolidate market share of the
company.
-For Silicon Industries [India] ltd.—from 1994 to 1998 ---- Worked on a Green Field
INR 250 CRORES project as Director- Finance [Board Position].
I was Commercial Head for negotiating team for a joint venture between companies from
Ukraine .and financing and implementation of the project.
-With two decades of association with Associated Capsules Group Started as Accounts
Officer. Progressed to Taxation Executive till I reached the position of Group Finance
and Tax Adviso .Learned Planning, Business Strategy, Project Management, Joint
Venture and Management in its all aspects from Ground to Helicopter view of the
business --.
Reporting – Except for the first 8yrs - 1971 to 1980, always reported to the Board of
Directors and Managing Director.
