Client is one of India’s top classifieds platform that operates several
large classifieds businesses across C2C, Cars, Education, Homes, Jobs,
and Services for Online buying for 30 million user’s a month.
Scope of work
• Migrate 300 TB of Analytics data from GCP Big Query to AWS
• Migrate 100 TB data from GCP ColdLine Storage to AWS S3
• Configure the Glue Crawlers to create the tables for Athena
• Verify the data after migration
• Migration to be completed within weeks

• We have spined up GCP Dataproc clusters to migrate the data
from GCP BigQuery to AWS S3 after converting the data from CSV
to Parquet format
• The process we followed helped client the reduce the storage
cost as the data was converted in Parquet format during
migration and stored the data in AWS S3
• For GCS Coldline data migration we have used Dataproc cluster
to migrate data from 83 buckets into single AWS S3 bucket as
per client requirement
• We were able to successfully complete the whole migration
activity in a record time.

• We have migrated all the from GCP BigQuery and GCS buckets
to Amazon S3 in 5 days

The company has multiple IoT devices which are sending data
continuously (2-3 times in a minute). That data is in hexadecimal
format. So, the company wanted Teleglobal to help decode the data
and then store that into AWS Database (Document DB).
There are multiple tables through which the data is being decoded.
For that Teleglobal needed to create two panels, one is for admin so
that admin can fill all those tables and other is for end users where
they can visualize the decoded data in form of graph and pie charts.

The goal was to migrate the existing architecture from a managed
Kubernetes environment to EKS cluster (managed by AWS) with
minimal downtime, making sure that SLAs are met, and cost is
