 Execution of Production under the supervision of AM.
 Achieve production targets and enhancing productivity.
 Ensure minimum wastage as per standard.

 Monitor the machines health closely to reduce the break down.
 Monitor and Control process parameters.

Management
 Monitor the upcoming and dispatch material closely.
 Monitor the production, wastages against the batch.

 Collaboration  Coordinate timely with Technical team for the maintenance related issue.

operations associated with Food Quality and Safety.
 Train employees on quality and food safety procedures.
 Periodically review all food safety procedures and instructions, to
ensure they remain current.
 Ensure the PRP’s and OPRP’s are implemented, monitored,
communicated and periodically review.
 Collect, analyze and publish measurement data to determine the root
cause of process and product food safety problems and recommend
actions to resolve this problems.
 Ensure and maintain personal hygiene.
 Implement HACCP Plan.

 Awareness to identify/assess and resolve Potential Hazards and near
misses.
 Assist in compliance reviews, general risk assessments and other
safety assessments to support Health, Safety and Environmental
management.
 Drafts applicable HSE reports as necessary.

recommendations to facility management.
 Participate in detailed incident investigations, root cause Analysis
and trainings.
 Observe HSE regulations, wears all required safety equipment,
