Learning from Wazed.docx:
 “SPEED” is the secret of Success.
 As a leader/supervisor to speed up the works just remove
the elements of “DELAY”, the work will be speed up and
accomplished fast.
 For example:
 Three persons are distributing food stuff to a huge queue
and taking 15 seconds for one person to distribute. You find
one person in distribution team is excess which is killing 5
additional seconds. You just remove the person distribution
of food will be speed up by 5 seconds.
 Change/Train the leader/supervisor who don’t have
ability to identify/remove delay.

What determine revenue/income in a business:
 Knowledge
 Responsibility and
 Control determines Revenue/Income.
 KNOWLEDGE means extensive experience of a particular subject matter.
 For example, Accountant has knowledge of accounting because he has studied
on this subject in university and has been practicing in the profession. If an
engineer knows basic of accounting doesn’t mean he has knowledge of
accounting.
 So before assigning any responsibility to any individual we have to check on
which subject he/she has knowledge.
 RESPONSIBILITY is measured by the scale of CAUSE and AFFECT.
Responsibility is taking the ownership of the affect caused either by oneself or
by others.
 For example, as head of sales if I am responsible for achieving certain target for
a certain period I have to take full ownership of driving my team, making good
plan, looking after execution and moreover I am also responsible to see if
production is running well, distribution is delivering or not (I have to have
meeting with concerned dept and CAUSE the positive AFFECT from these dept
to achieve my target). Last but not least, I am also responsible for external
CAUSES like strike and natural calamities etc by not giving excuse of those
rather making alternative plans not to get any adverse AFFECT on achieving my
target.

 CONTROL means complete a cycle of START-
CHANGE-STOP.
 For example, if you START with a new product, positive
CHANGE will come in Profit but on the end of lifecycle
of the product you have to STOP investing further and
START again for another product. If you don’t STOP
investing on one product, profit will not come at that
level or profit may start declining. So you have to know
when to START and when to STOP. CONTROL means
Profit, like cost control.

Tools for Professional:
 Doing any kind of job perfectly one needs TOOLS. Like, an
electrician to do his job he needs tester, no shocking hand gloves
etc.
 As business executive (like COO) we all have to have perfect
TOOLS to run the business well. Tools for Professional:
 Organization
 Administrative Scale
 Planning
 Why Finding
 We professional people run business which means we have a
well defined ORGANIZATION of people working with individual
responsibility to achieve a set of goals (most important one is
profitability). In this ORGANIZATION you have a position which is
top of the ORGANIZATION measured by the ADMINISTRATIVE
SCALE by virtue of which you can lead the team towards
achieving goal. So ORGAIZATION and ADMINISTARTIVE
SCALE are very important tools for the professional like business
executive. 09/01/2013
PLANNING for the Professional like business executive is
nothing but going through some STATISTICS – know the
behavior of the STATISTICS and take corrective measures
accordingly.
 Six behaviors of STATISTICS:
 Nonexistence – When management doesn’t know anything of the
business status as he has no planning, no STATISTIC.
 Danger – When the Graph is declining
 Emergency - When the graph is sharply declining
 Normal – When Graph is uprising at a normal trend
 Affluence – When Graph is uprising at a good rate
 Power/High Affluence – When Graph is uprising very sharply
 In every behavior of STATISTICS the business executive
has to play role to get the business going on right track
towards achieving the desired goals.
 WHY FINDING tool is to find the real WHY and take
remedial action. Read five WHY of Japanese management.

Simple Strategy for creating lifelong Success is to ASK BETTER
QUALITY :
QUESTION TO YOU AND OTHERS. Like,
 Q. Is it TRUTH?
 Q. Is it FAIR??
 Q. Does it bring GOODWILL and BETTER RELATIONSHIP???
 Q. Is it BENEFICIAL to all concerned????
 QUALITY of your LIFE = QUALITY of your QUESTION
 Seven Good Questions:
 What is your end state (that mean target)?
 How do you know that you are in track (that means measurement to
improve)??
 What is happening that can impact your effort???
 What is your current state (that means do SWOT and analyze the
leaders)????
 What strategies will help you to close the gap?????
 What capabilities do you need to execute??????
 What is the pay off (that mean consequences of not performing or
underperforming)???????
09/01/2013
 Do the following ever and ever
 Invest all the time in yourself (study at least these two
books:
 7 habits of highly effective people by Stephen Covey and
 Being Happy by Andrew Matthews (you can get photocopy of
the books from me, these books are bible for me)
 Live simply (have sleep of 7 hours, work hard and sincerely
in working hours, give time to family)
 Love generously (if you love one love from heart and do
always something for him/her)
 Speak softly, logically and purposefully
 Rest upon God (Laws of Nature)
 Last but not least – remember one thing:
 QUALITY relationship is all about getting into the relationship to
give not to get.
 So, always try to give something better all the time to the
organization through your job without thinking how much
you get. Organization will never forget you.
 Wishing you all the best!!!!

  • 4. Learning from Wazed.docx:  “SPEED” is the secret of Success.  As a leader/supervisor to speed up the works just remove the elements of “DELAY”, the work will be speed up and accomplished fast.  For example:  Three persons are distributing food stuff to a huge queue and taking 15 seconds for one person to distribute. You find one person in distribution team is excess which is killing 5 additional seconds. You just remove the person distribution of food will be speed up by 5 seconds.  Change/Train the leader/supervisor who don’t have ability to identify/remove delay. 09/01/2013
  • 5. What determine revenue/income in a business:  Knowledge  Responsibility and  Control determines Revenue/Income.  KNOWLEDGE means extensive experience of a particular subject matter.  For example, Accountant has knowledge of accounting because he has studied on this subject in university and has been practicing in the profession. If an engineer knows basic of accounting doesn’t mean he has knowledge of accounting.  So before assigning any responsibility to any individual we have to check on which subject he/she has knowledge.  RESPONSIBILITY is measured by the scale of CAUSE and AFFECT. Responsibility is taking the ownership of the affect caused either by oneself or by others.  For example, as head of sales if I am responsible for achieving certain target for a certain period I have to take full ownership of driving my team, making good plan, looking after execution and moreover I am also responsible to see if production is running well, distribution is delivering or not (I have to have meeting with concerned dept and CAUSE the positive AFFECT from these dept to achieve my target). Last but not least, I am also responsible for external CAUSES like strike and natural calamities etc by not giving excuse of those rather making alternative plans not to get any adverse AFFECT on achieving my target. 09/01/2013
  • 6.  CONTROL means complete a cycle of START- CHANGE-STOP.  For example, if you START with a new product, positive CHANGE will come in Profit but on the end of lifecycle of the product you have to STOP investing further and START again for another product. If you don’t STOP investing on one product, profit will not come at that level or profit may start declining. So you have to know when to START and when to STOP. CONTROL means Profit, like cost control. 09/01/2013
  • 7. Tools for Professional:  Doing any kind of job perfectly one needs TOOLS. Like, an electrician to do his job he needs tester, no shocking hand gloves etc.  As business executive (like COO) we all have to have perfect TOOLS to run the business well. Tools for Professional:  Organization  Administrative Scale  Planning  Why Finding  We professional people run business which means we have a well defined ORGANIZATION of people working with individual responsibility to achieve a set of goals (most important one is profitability). In this ORGANIZATION you have a position which is top of the ORGANIZATION measured by the ADMINISTRATIVE SCALE by virtue of which you can lead the team towards achieving goal. So ORGAIZATION and ADMINISTARTIVE SCALE are very important tools for the professional like business executive. 09/01/2013
  • 8. PLANNING for the Professional like business executive is nothing but going through some STATISTICS – know the behavior of the STATISTICS and take corrective measures accordingly.  Six behaviors of STATISTICS:  Nonexistence – When management doesn’t know anything of the business status as he has no planning, no STATISTIC.  Danger – When the Graph is declining  Emergency - When the graph is sharply declining  Normal – When Graph is uprising at a normal trend  Affluence – When Graph is uprising at a good rate  Power/High Affluence – When Graph is uprising very sharply  In every behavior of STATISTICS the business executive has to play role to get the business going on right track towards achieving the desired goals.  WHY FINDING tool is to find the real WHY and take remedial action. Read five WHY of Japanese management. 09/01/2013
  • 9. Simple Strategy for creating lifelong Success is to ASK BETTER QUALITY : QUESTION TO YOU AND OTHERS. Like,  Q. Is it TRUTH?  Q. Is it FAIR??  Q. Does it bring GOODWILL and BETTER RELATIONSHIP???  Q. Is it BENEFICIAL to all concerned????  QUALITY of your LIFE = QUALITY of your QUESTION  Seven Good Questions:  What is your end state (that mean target)?  How do you know that you are in track (that means measurement to improve)??  What is happening that can impact your effort???  What is your current state (that means do SWOT and analyze the leaders)????  What strategies will help you to close the gap?????  What capabilities do you need to execute??????  What is the pay off (that mean consequences of not performing or underperforming)??????? 09/01/2013
  • 10.  Do the following ever and ever  Invest all the time in yourself (study at least these two books:  7 habits of highly effective people by Stephen Covey and  Being Happy by Andrew Matthews (you can get photocopy of the books from me, these books are bible for me)  Live simply (have sleep of 7 hours, work hard and sincerely in working hours, give time to family)  Love generously (if you love one love from heart and do always something for him/her)  Speak softly, logically and purposefully  Rest upon God (Laws of Nature)  Last but not least – remember one thing:  QUALITY relationship is all about getting into the relationship to give not to get.  So, always try to give something better all the time to the organization through your job without thinking how much you get. Organization will never forget you.  Wishing you all the best!!!! 09/01/2013
