 Recruiting, providing continuous training & motivating staff,
 Preparing the HK revenue & expense budget & implementing it, taking the
necessary steps for the deviations from the budget.
 Preparing a Task base HK SOP deviating from the conventional position base SOP.
 Ensuring regular inventory for room linen ,F & B Linen, Assets, Uniforms & Others.
 Using the scarce resources in the best possible way for exceeding customer

 Taking care setting up of a new property from Housekeeping side.
