 Electronic Repair Division:
       Drives, Boards, PLCs, Terminals, Monitors, Robotics, Encoders, Laser
         Scanners, Light Curtains, Power Supplies, Welders, Weld Controls

 Mechanical Repair Division:
      Hydraulic Pumps, Water Pumps, Vacuum Pumps, Blowers, Servo Valves
       Actuators, Hydraulic Cylinders

 Spindle Repair Division:
       Motorized, Turning, Grinding, Hydrostatic VMC and HMC Spindles. In house
         machining and rewind services

 Weld Gun Repair Division:
      Refurbishment of Weld Guns, Gun Arms, Tip Holders, Shanks, Cylinders and
        other normally discarded welding components

 Motor Repair Division:
      AC/DC Motors, Servo Motors, Full In-house Rewind Capabilities

 All repairs rigorously tested using custom designed closed-loop system test stands.

 Each repair is supported by our 12-month In-Service warranty.

 Work performed meets or exceeds OEM specifications.

 All K+S repairs returned with a detailed repair/test report with probable root cause
  and failure analysis.

Hydraulic Repair / Test Capabilities
 Our hydraulic multi-function stand is capable of
 operating over 100 HP and pumping 500 gallons
 of oil. This allows for a wide range of testing to
 accommodate many types of pumps, valves, and
 cylinders.

K+S has over 25 manipulators and controllers to facilitate complete functional testing on all
robotic components from teach pendants, power supplies, drives, I/O, displays, to wrist
assemblies and servo motors.
