Matthew	Cannistraro	is	an	Operations	
Analyst	in	the	Sheet	Metal	Group	at	JC	
Cannistraro,	a	Mechanical	Contracting	firm	
located	in	Watertown.	Matthew	oversees	
developing	and	deploying	a	strategic	
approach	to	data	collection,	analysis,	and	
distribution	as	a	pilot	program	within	the	
Sheet	Metal	Group.	He	works	
collaboratively	to	implement	process	
improvements	that	are	informed	by	data	
analysis	and	Lean	principles.
