MMK Core Values and Work Ethics / Integrity / Healthy Management / Great Leader
Letter of rec from Virginia
1. Dear Hiring Leader:
I have known Kaitlynn Dupre since August 2013 when I joined her department as a supervisor for our
work-from-home Order Entry staff. Kaitlynn has worked virtually unsupervised in her home office
during that period of time and has achieved high performance ratings consistently during that time (4-5
on a 5 point scale).
On a personal level, Kaitlynn demonstrates enthusiasm, cooperation, and a great sense of humor. She is
a fun colleague and I consider her one of the first employees I'd turn to in a rehire. Our department is
being consolidated out of state, so Kaitlynn is part of a group of approximately 35 being let go from her
current position. Her performance is in no way the cause of her seeking employment elsewhere.
Kaitlynn works many of our "queues" or work functions, and does them well. She is thorough and
detail-oriented, and questions anything that raises a concern. When dealing with the public's
medication, such attention to detail is critical and has led Kaitlynn to excel in her role as Front End
Clerk II, Mail Pharmacy in Phoenix.
Her skills include 10 key, hotkey shortcuts for data entry, fluid typing by touch, the ability to read and
understand prescriptions written by hand or electronically, high accuracy for name and address and
identification numbers, commercial Pharmacy Benefits processing, Medicare-D basics for order
processing, electronic security issues, proprietary and privacy issues, and full HIPAA compliance
training.
Her performance has always demonstrated our core values of integrity, collaboration and teamwork,
accountability for results, caring and respect for customers and coworkers, and innovative thinking to
propose process improvements.
I can heartily recommend Kaitlynn for your organization.
Thanks,
Virginia Witting
