Senior Cloud Advisor Leader position for Cloud division
1)Lead Cloud Advisor team (10 people, including hiring from outside of IBM) as a first line
leader
• Prepare the ground for Cloud Advisors in featured industries and markets.
• Signpost directions, clear obstacles, connect allies for Cloud Advisor efforts
• As Industry Influencer - raise IBM's public profile in cloud, identify and remove technical
inhibitors to cloud penetration, build technical ecosystems which enable sales implementation
of IBM cloud solutions
• Publish and Grow - identify and lead innovative technical projects to create and publish best
approaches and practices. Share the experiences and lessons learned from those projects to
support expansion to other clients, influence portfolio direction, and influence industry
acceptance
• Mentor and Grow Talent - mentor less senior technical individuals, and the technical
community at large, to grow skills and ensure they are able to support growth targets
2)Lead Hybrid Cloud engagement for Financial customers
• Demonstrate Hybrid and Open Cloud strategy
• Demonstrate New cloud computing era by utilizing Bluemix and Watson
• New methodology : Design thinking; Lean startup (DevOps workshop)
