    ‘Us’ group creates standards of
     normalcy, morality, acceptability.

 ‘Them’ group or the ‘others’ have no power
    Placed in ‘them’ category by the ‘us’ group
    Considered by the ‘us’ group to be
     abnormal, immoral, wrong, unacceptable.
