• Rebuild Wellbore Schematics/Facility Diagrams of older wells utilizing state website data, and historical documents utilizing
company template, saving to an electronic format.

• Upload AFE into accounting system (Ogsys SSL Excel template and import to Ogsys ensuring information is correct, AFE

• Compile data distribution (distribution of Logs, Surveys, etc), for each well using WIO well requirements, distribute.
• Compile and assemble the “Days vs. Depth” and “Cost vs. Depth” performance of operated wells using Excel. Distribute.
• Monitor and maintain daily drilling, completion, workover reports for company, partners and investment partners
• Track, compile and update daily/monthly/annual production, production semi-log graphs usng Excel.
• Create and update flowback data graphs for all newly completed wells, distribute.
• Check accuracy of well data, acted as a liaison with engineering and investment partners.
• Track FERC monthly spot market pricing in Excel and distribute.
• Run ad hoc production and semi-log graphs for VP and Director of Ops in Field Direct as needed.
• Print maps, plats, rig schedules, etc. as needed on the HP Plotter. Order supplies and maintenance on the HP Plotter.
• Continuous quality control of all electronic data for each well on the network, assuring all data is current and correct.
• Pason Datahub administrator, set up all users and maintain, run reports, tour sheets and payroll.

• Book travel arrangements for executive management team.
• Prepare monthly expense reports for key personnel.
