In this capacity, he oversees end to end execution of M&A transactions, joint venture creations, investment decisions and
valuations. Péter coordinated the Endered Group investment committee (Group CEO, Group CFO and ad hoc Executive
Committee members) and of the Edenred Board’s Engagement Committee. Péter has worked on more than 40 successfully
executed transactions since joining Edenred / Accors Services in 2007 for a cumulated 100% deal valuation above €1.5bn,
in 25 different countries spread over 4 continents. Prior to Edenred, Péter spent 8 years in Deloitte Finance’s Valuation and
Modelling group in Paris where held the role of Director in the end. He has performed a number of valuation and transaction
related engagements in this role, in various contexts (acquisitions, fairness opinions, corporate restructuring etc) with an overall
appraised value above €20bn and was the technical leader for the valuation practice. Péter is an Accredited Senior Appraiser
with the American Society of Appraisers, member of the French Association of M&A Professionals and the French Association
of Valuation Professionals and was vice president of the Valuation Committee of the French Association of Financial Analysts
between 2009 and 2011. He is the author of several working papers, articles and authored chapters in various books in the field
of M&A, valuation, private equity and corporate governance. He is a lecturer at HEC (leading French business school) for the
Master IFAC since 2006 (last year of education, course entitled Valuation & Transactions) and was prior to that a lecturer in the
Paris II University (DESS Techniques Financières et Bancaires, Valuation course) for 6 years.

Paul is the Managing Director of M&A management specialists Transaxis and the former Global Integration Lead for Hitachi
Rail’s €2bn acquisition of Ansaldo Breda and Ansaldo STS from Finmeccanica.
He has led M&A integration/separation programmes for a range of global PLCs across the Financial Services, Consumer
Markets, Infrastructure & Government and Technology, Media and Telecoms sectors, and several Private Equity firms.
Previous clients include Aviva, Balfour Beatty, Cooperative Banking Group, Gala Coral Group, Inflexion Private Equity, RBS and
Virgin Media.
Prior to Transaxis, Paul was a Principal Advisor with KPMG LLP and held various roles within Citigroup’s consumer finance
division.
Olivier has created the practice of post-merger integration for Europe between Andersen Consulting and Arthur Andersen while
an associate partner in strategic consulting. He then alternated line management roles (up to $1.4 billion in sales) with M&A and
strategy roles. In particular, he was head of M&A for the beverage division of Danone and led a $1.1 billion acquisition among
others. He led M&A for part of Novartis Consumer Health and was involved in the divestiture of the medical nutrition division and
of the baby nutrition division to Nestlé. His responsibilities included M&A departments in other divisions of Novartis (working on
alliances in Eastern Europe and Russia), Bayer (in diabetes devices), Bristol-Myers Squibb (particularly dealing with emerging
markets) and Intrexon (synthetic biology). Olivier is now involved in the acquisition or exit of fast growing biotech and medtech
companies.

James Nolan is Head of Mergers & Acquisitions at VimpelCom Ltd., a large mobile telecoms operator focused on emerging
markets. Prior to joining VimpelCom, James worked for Royal Philips for 15 years and was for 12 years Global Head of Mergers
& Acquisitions. During his time at Philips, he led 13 acquisitions which resulted in the current Philips HealthTech which will be
the surviving entity of Philips after its planned demerger of Philips Lighting. He has led many notable divestments including that
of Philips Semiconductors which became NXP Semiconductors. During his tenure at VimpelCom he has led the planned merger
of Wind and 3 in Italy as well as the planned acquisition of Warid by Mobilink in Pakistan and is helping in the development of

Michael Knott is a senior managing director in the FTI Consulting Corporate Finance practice and is based in London. Mr. Knott leads
the Telecoms, Media and Technology (TMT) group for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). He is an experienced TMT advisor
with over 20 years of experience in transaction advisory, strategy and business consulting, performance improvement and business
transformation.
Mr. Knott has experience serving as a transaction advisor on a wide range of aspects, including advising buyers and sellers in
mergers and acquisitions; providing due diligence on behalf of corporates; investigating financial synergies of merger transactions;
preparing corporate strategies for acquisitions; identifying target companies and post-merger integration program management.
Mr. Knott has extensive experience providing strategic consulting, corporate and business development, business planning, financial
planning, and sales and marketing consulting services for various TMT clients across the EMEA. Clients include Velti, Aircom,

Gustavo joined Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal in 2006. He is admitted to practice law both in Buenos Aires, Argentina and New York,
USA. He earned a JD/abogado Degree at Universidad Torcuato di Tella (2001), a Specialist Degree in Finance at the Universidad
de San Andrés (2009), and a Master in Laws (LL.M.) Degree at the University of Illinois College of Law (2010). In 2010 he was a
visiting attorney at Yuasa and Hara, a prestigious Japanese law firm. As a senior attorney he advises multinational companies on
several compliance matters including internal investigations, the interaction of local and foreign anti-corruption regulations (e.g. FCPA,
UKBA, Brazil Clean Companies Act), and the development, implementation and auditing of compliance programs, trainings and due
diligence. He also has experience in anti-money laundering compliance.
He teaches the “Anti-Corruption and AML Compliance” course at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella Law School. He has written several
articles related to his specialty and has lectured both locally and abroad. In 2013 he earned the LPEC certification (Leading
Professional in Ethics and Compliance) from the Ethics and Compliance Officer Association (ECOA).
