Personal and business debt is part of human nature.
We do it for multiple reasons that sound right to us in the given time, we do it because we
believe in ourselves and our dreams, we do it because it is part of our paradigms and childhood
programming and we do it because it is in our subconscious mind.
Loans, credit cards and interests you are paying on those loans and the stress over paying it off
has been stalking you every single day. It’s all there, playing inside your head on a vicious cycle.
This constant story cycle is going through you mind and the questions you are asking yourself
are:
- How am I going to pay off this debt?
- I work so hard but don’t see the equal payoff to my efforts.
- I am avoiding to think or talk about my debt because I feel _________________
- What have I gotten myself into?
- What was I thinking?
- Was it a mistake to believe in myself when I decided to invest money I didn’t have?
And so the story goes.
YouarenotgoingtolikethisBUT:
You are in a poverty consciousness mindset and in a huge victim mentality.
See, the poverty consciousness happens when you observe your financial situation from a
perspective of what you have right now: “This is how much I have in my savings”, or “OMG, I
only have 5K in my savings, but a 25K bill to pay”
By thinking this way, you are not only so deep in your poverty consciousness but also in a victim
mentality and deeply blockingyourself from receiving and letting more money come
into your life.
Why?
Because you aren't taking full responsibility for your situation, you may be in denial and you
certainly aren’t observing your situation from a standpoint of:
“I have gotten myself into this mess, it is in my POWER to change this, I am solely
responsible for all my actions, not my spouse, my parents, my dog, my cat, Netflix or
whatever who or what I may be blaming for my situation.”
I am sure you hate me by now but keep reading......

The DEBT Exercise
There are 2 types of debts:
The good debt/investment
The really BAD debt
The good debt/long term investment is the one that makes you money. Paying off your mortgage
where you have been putting equity into and your assets etc.
But we however, will be focusing on the really BAD debt that has been responsible for all your
stress, sleepless nights and especially if you hid the credit card debt from your spouse.
So what will you do about this never ending situation you feel unable to break out of or just plain
stuck? I recommend.......
1. Switching to Prosperity Consciousness
Flipping a switch in your mind may seem easier said than done because it is. This is what you’ll
eventually do but not until you’ve CLEARED all your negative money stories and beliefs in your
paradigms.
So what is Prosperity Consciousness:
Prosperity Consciousness is when you TRUST and BELIEVE, very deeply with your entire self,
that UNLIMITED amounts of money and abundance are available to you right this second, right
NOW. It’s all there, you just need to go and deposit it into your bank account.
2. Clearing Your Vision – Getting Clarity
So hitting that mind radio button to switch that annoying station that has been looping the same
story won’t happen until you have gotten CLEAR on all the blocks that have been blurring your
vision and deeply connected to your earliest paradigms.
How are you going to do that?
3. Forgiving yourself and giving yourself credit
We are often so harsh on ourselves. We beat ourselves up and we are our own
biggest judge.
Give yourself a break and look what you have accomplished so far and
how far you've come.

Write out that pesky annoying and scary number! All of it, all your debts combined, personal and
business. Take a red marker and write it on the line below.
I currently owe $________________________.
Now, look at that number for a minute, connect to it on a deep level.
“I fear I will never be able to pay off this debt. I fear it will ruin my credit score. I fear I may have to file
for bankruptcy.”
What are the 3 main feelings going through your body when you think about your debt and
where do they reside?
(eg. anxiety, pain, fear, panic, shame…)

Where does the pain reside?
1. Pit of your stomach
2. Chest
3. Shoulders
4. Head
5. Entire Body
6. Other _____________________
On a scale from 1-10 how strong is this negative emotion you listed above? Circle the number.
0 – 1 – 2 – 3 – 4 – 5 – 6 – 7 – 8 – 9 – 10
Now, write out 3 main adjectives that would describe you in relation to your debt.
( eg. stupid, incapable, ashamed, powerless, sad, dishonest, embarrassed, fearful, a fraud…)
Because of this debt I feel I’m:

The anxiety and the way you feel about yourself is deeply connected to a past event/trauma from
your earliest paradigms which was part of your programming as a child.
For example:
If you feel panic and anxiety on the scale and the number is 10, and you feel ashamed , that
might be because perhaps once when you were a child you took something without asking (eg.
Money to buy ice cream) and when that was discovered by your parents, you got reprimanded
and made feel ashamed and guilty of your actions.
Another example could be that if you feel fear and not worthy or not deserving, that may be
related to again another past event/trauma from your childhood. Perhaps your parents have
always had abundance and money and now you are afraid or feel fearful to outshine your
parents’ success, or your uncles, or aunt’s success.
Unfortunately these early programming’s are completely out of our control and deeply
embedded into our subconscious mind, and the more we suppress them and push them down ,
the more stuck and blurred we will become.
It is very unfortunate that our lives are being lead based on our subcon programmings.
My Recommendation
In order to stand strong and view your reality from prosperity consciousness , you need CLARITY.
And in order to get clarity you need to RECOGNIZE out loud those feelings and emotions that are
so beyond painful to even get across your mouth.
But in order to make some significant shifts, you MUST get really specific on your feelings and
their connections to your past.
So I recommend EFT otherwise known as tapping.
Emotional Freedom Technique is an emotional treatment you can do on yourself and it lays in
tapping on your acupuncture points/body meridians that are directly an opening to shifting
energy related to negative beliefs and early programming. By tapping on your meridians , you are
opening up those energy outlets and working towards aligning yourself with
what feels right. In another words, if your fear is a 10 you would tap until
that number comes down to 0.

The number is determined by the severity of feelings triggered by a certain thought and emotion.
If the emotions are tied to a person responsible for that belief, eg. Your mom or your dad, the key
is to forgive to that person and let it go.
Let go of it and think about it how your parents were programmed too by their parents and that
they didn’t know any better.
Once you take the emotions out and once you believe on a deep seeded level that your
programming had absolutely nothing to do with you but with that other person, then you will
encounter the biggest freedom and start making massive shifts towards shifting your thinking and
feelings about your debt.
Now, of course the debt will still remain where it's at , however what changed is your perception,
vision and type of actions you will take towards resolving it.
So instead of thinking: "When will I be able to pay off this debt", you will have a completely different
approach by believing that the money is already there and focus on things you are so good at in
your career and the Universe will align you with faster solutions.
Next step, go on You Tube and search for Tapping. You Tube has some great tutorials on EFT
that you will be able to replicate and use on yourself.
In this free exercise, I have included a short script to say out loud while you tap. The goal is to tap
several rounds or until necessary for that number/trigger to come down to zero or 1, and once
you are no longer emotionally challenged by looking at your debt, that is when you get ultimate
clarity and you have forgiven and let go.
With this exercise, the goal is to keep tapping on your meridians and saying the most painful and
negative events out loud while tapping, letting the emotions burst open so you can release and
let them go.
Some people's emotions result is a lot of crying, so people don't feel the need to cry and some
people see results quicker than others.
Don't give on tapping. Tap several times a day or as many times as you can.
Take breaks in between and make sure you rest, because you may feel
emotionally exhausted.

Tapping SCRIPT
Even though I have this ________________ debt that makes me feel _________________ ,
________________ and ________________ and every time I think about my
____________________ debt, my body reacts with ___________________, and
___________________ .
I know I am the only one responsible for putting myself into this uncomfortable situation. I got
myself into this mess and I acknowledge that with every inch of my body.
I am scared of not being able to pay off this debt. I fear of looking into my finances because I feel
_________________, and __________________, and ___________________ over and over and
over again.
I am constantly stressed over my ____________________ debt and the same story loops around
in my head like a broken record.
All these thoughts I am having are so true and now I recognize them out loud.
I keep spinning these thoughts in my head time after time that I’m _________________________,
and ____________________, and _______________________. (repeat 2x)
It never ends and I can’t take it anymore. It’s awful, it’s painful, it’s stressful and it's a viscous cycle.
The stress over this debt keeps preventing me on focusing and working on my goals and on
things that I want to accomplish. It is so hard to be positive when all I am thinking about is this
debt.
I completely recognize and acknowledge that my subconscious programming is wired to run this
way.
I completely recognize that these thoughts have been running in my min without my awareness
and choice.
I can change this, I can shift this and I am OPEN to breaking free of this thinking.
I am open to rewiring my old programming and my system for my own good , for my freedom.
I am open to a new way of thinking about prosperity, money, wealth and abundance.
I deserve to decide and choose how much I want to earn, how to manage my money and save
money.
When I shift my thinking , I shift everything. I am choosing prosperity, I am choosing to say YES to
money and all the different ways money can flow to me. I say YES to RECEIVING more money.
I am saying YES to asking more money. I am asking to be provided with more money and I
welcome money to come to me via credit card payments, pay pal payments, checks and
all other forms of payments.
I welcome new solutions and ideas that will result in money in my bank account
for my highest freedom and my highest good.

In this free exercise, I have included a short script to say out loud while you tap. The goal is to tap several rounds or until necessary for that number/trigger to come down to zero or 1, and once you are no longer emotionally challenged by looking at your debt, that is when you get ultimate clarity and you have forgiven and let go. With this exercise, the goal is to keep tapping on your meridians and saying the most painful and negative events out loud while tapping, letting the emotions burst open so you can release and let them go. Some people's emotions result is a lot of crying, so people don't feel the need to cry and some people see results quicker than others. Don't give on tapping. Tapping SCRIPT Even though I have this ________________ debt that makes me feel _________________ , ________________ and ________________ and every time I think about my ____________________ debt, my body reacts with ___________________, and ___________________ . I know I am the only one responsible for putting myself into this uncomfortable situation. I got myself into this mess and I acknowledge that with every inch of my body. I am scared of not being able to pay off this debt. I fear of looking into my finances because I feel _________________, and __________________, and ___________________ over and over and over again. I am constantly stressed over my ____________________ debt and the same story loops around in my head like a broken record. All these thoughts I am having are so true and now I recognize them out loud. I keep spinning these thoughts in my head time after time that I’m _________________________, and ____________________, and _______________________. (repeat 2x) It never ends and I can’t take it anymore. It’s awful, it’s painful, it’s stressful and it's a viscous cycle. The stress over this debt keeps preventing me on focusing and working on my goals and on things that I want to accomplish. It is so hard to be positive when all I am thinking about is this debt. I completely recognize and acknowledge that my subconscious programming is wired to run this way. I completely recognize that these thoughts have been running in my min without my awareness and choice. I can change this, I can shift this and I am OPEN to breaking free of this thinking. I am open to rewiring my old programming and my system for my own good , for my freedom. I am open to a new way of thinking about prosperity, money, wealth and abundance. I deserve to decide and choose how much I want to earn, how to manage my money and save money. When I shift my thinking , I shift everything. I am choosing prosperity, I am choosing to say YES to money and all the different ways money can flow to me. I say YES to RECEIVING more money. I am saying YES to asking more money. I am asking to be provided with more money and I welcome money to come to me via credit card payments, pay pal payments, checks and all other forms of payments.
