1. PERCEPTION OF DAVIVIENDA´S CUSTOMERS ABOUT
THE CHARACTER “RICARDO JORGE”
In this draft we are going to present the survey that will be
applied to Davivienda’s Bank customers, in order to execute
our project and solve the issue on the perception of the
character Ricardo Jorge.
The survey will conduct a series of open questions, closed
questions and scales in order to know the opinion of
Davivienda’s Bank clients, the survey will last a maximum of
ten minutes.
The survey will be applied to twelve Davivienda´s
customers:
Gender: six females and six males
Age: eighteen to fifty years old
Stratum: three, four and five
