To Whom It May Concern:
Karthik Doure was hired here at UT Tyler for the special circumstance of working in our ServiceNow
framework. We were able to give him an example or wireframe of what we wanted on our Self Service
portal, and he was able to create it. His knowledge in ServiceNow and JavaScript was a tremendous help
in getting the day to day troubleshooting and development of our ServiceNow instance.
While he worked here he required very little supervision and was one of the most productive employees
I’ve had the privilege to work with. We were disappointed that we did not have more time with Karthik
here before he was able to graduate.
Karthik was always open to discuss issues we were having in ServiceNow and able to offer solutions. He
was able to work together in a team setting or individually. The soft skills of flexibility and willingness to
learn were important to his success here. I would gladly recommend him for any endeavor that he
decides to put his mind to, and I believe that he would be an asset to any employer.
