This document discusses blood pressure categories and types of hypertension. It defines prehypertension as systolic between 120-139 or diastolic between 80-89, stage 1 hypertension as systolic 140-159 or diastolic 90-99, and stage 2 hypertension as systolic above 160 or diastolic above 100.
