Not only is P.D.H.P.E a fun subject, it helps us in
many areas of our lives. P.D.H.P.E helps us in
knowing how to eat healthy, how to exercise and
stretch our muscles and it even helps us to have a
great time with our friends! Without P.D.H.P.E we
might not know the importance of eating a healthy
diet and the benefits that healthy food has on our
bodies. Without P.D.H.P.E we may not know about all
of the great sporting activities that we can do and
play and we might not be able to show off our skills!
It’s a very important and very fun subject that
everyone should love !
