Katharine has been an absolute pleasure to work with during her summer internship at
FarmedHere/87P. She was always willing to contribute, work hard, and finish the task at hand.
During her internship she was open to learning new skills, new ways of thinking, and to working
on projects that were out of her comfort zone. Always contributing but remaining open to the
ideas of others, Katharine is able to collaborate and ideate very well. Gaining experience in
many different areas (marketing, sales, event planning, and social media) with a fast paced
start-up, Katharine has been able to experience multiple facets of a company and how all the
areas integrate together. Katharine has a very promising future and with her personality, skills,
and work ethic will be able to excel at whatever she chooses. She should be very proud of all
the work that she accomplished during her short period of time with FarmedHere/87P.

• Designed marketing collateral for United Fresh tradeshow

data for the new Merchandising Program implemented by CEO & Director of Sales

• Worked with FarmedHere retailer, Whole Foods Cicero, to help plan a cooking class
for 15 people
• Assisted Director of Product Development & Director of Sales in planning, executing,
and working the tradeshow booth at the United Fresh Tradeshow at McCormick

store demos to help boost product sales
