Chief Financial Officer (December 2010 to Present)
Highlights:
 Developed and analyzed cash flow projections for a new $2.5 million clinic enabling
the company to obtain bank financing and validate the feasibility of the project.
 Assisted in restructure of overhead formula resulting in physician retention and
recruitment.
 Negotiated contracts with various vendors lowering prices with average savings of
20% of total costs for supplies over a two-year period.
 Restructured financial statements to include revenue and cost categories for key
financial indices providing in-depth data for strategic decision making. This data
currently used to determine business line profitability on an ongoing basis.
 Secured alternate financing to reduce physician personal exposure.
 Increased efficiencies through change in banking relationship. Functions that were
