We’ve discovered a service map that demonstrates 6 key areas of activities that the agency would need to perform to deliver its services. - 6. A Shared Approach to Service Design for Scotland Organisations with similar services stop reinventing the wheel, and stop asking the same citizens to help design broadly similar services. Shared Projects Public service transformation only happens when we transform services, organisations and society. We all need to understand and share that vision. Shared Vision Committing to put users at the heart of service transformation – citizens in the room when design decisions are made. It won’t be easy and we haven’t got all the answers, but we know we need to try. Broadly similar concepts, tools and methods to enable sharing/reuse of solutions, services patterns, knowledge, and people.
